BASIC BALSAMIC REDUCTION

1 cup Tasteful Additions Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Place 1 cup of Tasteful Additions Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium high heat. Lower heat slightly and boil the vinegar until it is reduced by 1/3.

Use it over steak with a sprinkle of Tasteful Additions Maldon Salt, over fruit, or drizzle on Brie or Camembert cheese.

You can try all of the Tasteful Additions Balsamic vinegars as reductions! For example, try the smooth rich taste of Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar. Try this as a reduction over steak or as part of a glaze for your roast.
