Celeste’s Tuscan Greens and Beans Pasta

Servings: 4-6

Here is a recipe for Celeste’s Tuscan Greens and Beans Pasta

Ingredients

Spaghetti or bow tie Pasta

Fresh arugula

1 clove of garlic, minced

1/3 cup white wine

Grated parmesan cheese

¼ cup butter

¼ cup tasteful additions Roasted Garlic Olive Oil

tasteful additions Garlic Medley Sea Salt

tasteful additions Tellicherry Pepper

 

Cooking Directions

 

Boil water for pasta. In a medium pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Saute minced garlic. Add wine and reduce for a minute or two. Add arugula, cannellini beans salt and pepper to taste. When pasta is cooked, remove from heat, drain and add to pan. Coat pasta with the mixture and add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
