The "Texican" Cowboy Fajita
The “Texican” Cowboy Fajita Sauce For Beef and Chicken Fajitas
Mix together 1 part Tasteful Additions Zesty Onion EVOO and 2 parts Tasteful Additions Chili Balsamic. Makes a lip-smack’in marinade for all the cowboys in the crowd!
For Chicken Fajitas:
2 packages cooked chicken fajita strips
2/3 cup Texican Cowboy Marinade
Tasteful Additions Chipotle Fusion Salt
Pour a mite of the Texican Cowboy sauce into a skillet. Add chicken in a single layer. Stir around and add more sauce to taste. Finish with our rib-tickl’in Chipotle Fusion Salt.
For Beef Fajitas:
Try switching up the Zesty Onion with Chipotle EVOO. Make the marinade as before with Tasteful Additions chili balsamic. Then sauté with beef strips.

2/3 cup Texican Cowboy Marinade, Chipotle-style
Tasteful Additions Chili Verde Fusion Salt
Put the Texican marinade into the skillet. Add beef in a single layer. Stir around and add more sauce to taste. Finish with our Bronco-bust’in Chile verde Fusion salt. Yippi-yay!!
