Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette


Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

½ of a small shallot, finely sliced into rings

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Tasteful Additions Pear Balsamic Vinegar

¼ cup Tasteful Additions Organic EVOO

1-2 teaspoons real, local maple syrup

a dash of Tasteful Additions Fleur De Sel salt


Mix all ingredients together.  Toss with dressing right before serving.


*You can also add torn frisee, endive and radicchio.
