Warm Turkey Panini


The Day-After Thanksgiving Warm Turkey Panini Experience


4 slices whole-wheat or multi-grain bread
6 to 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey
2/3 cup Tasteful Additions kicked-up Orange-Cranberry sauce (see page 9)
Blue cheese butter (see page 9)

3 ounces arugula (2 cups)

Mash blue cheese with butter and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Spread on bread and make sandwiches with turkey, cranberry sauce, and arugula.  Use Panini press according to manufacturer’s instructions or grill in skillet on stove, careful not to let the unbelievably melty, wonderful blue cheese and cranberry sauce ooze out.


Makes 2 sandwiches
